Return & Exchange Policy

Limbic Return Policy:

  • You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received by the shipping company.
  • Orders paid via Tamara will be refunded directly through the Tamara platform.
  • Samples from Limbic are non-refundable.
  • Perfumes purchased from other platforms (apps or marketplaces) are subject to the return policy of that specific platform.
  • Orders placed from outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is a paid service and the shipping fee will be deducted upon return.
  • Opened perfume bottles are not eligible for return. Please use the included sample to try the scent first.
  • Skincare and body care products (face, hand, body) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Policy at Limbic:

Steps to Exchange an Order:

  1. Submit a return request via our Returns Portal.
  2. Ship the item you wish to exchange (shipping cost is not covered by Limbic).
  3. Once we receive the product, the amount will be refunded to your account.
  4. You can then place a new order for the product you wish to get.

Exchange Terms:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Limbic will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email within 3 business days.
  • International orders (outside Saudi Arabia) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Opened perfume bottles are not eligible for exchange — please use the included sample to test the fragrance first.
